Meet Kathleen

Kathleen Scacciaferro, RN, MSA,

 has over 40 years of Holistic Nursing practice in Critical Care,

Community School Health and Education. 20 years of teaching

over 100 courses at he University of Vermont included Healing

Touch courses 1-5, Energy Medicine, Meridians Systems & Organs,

A Survey Course in Complementary Therapies, LGBTQ Health

Disparities, Dismantling Rape Culture, and Travel Study courses

to Cuba –Complementary Therapies in Cuban Health Care & Cultural
Immersion and Mongolia- Traditional Mongolian Medicine &
Cultural Immersion.
Kathleen is a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner and Instructor
through Healing Beyond Borders (HBB). She has been practicing HT
since 1994. Kathleen chose this modality of Healing due to its roots in

Nursing with Standards of Practice, Code of Ethics and an
internationally recognized Peer Review Certification.
Through Kathleen’s business, Healing Journeys LLC, she leads
Sacred Healers Tours to Mongolia, Cuba, New Zealand, Egypt,
Hawaii, Mexico, Ireland, Peru with new tours in the future.
